How we store your data?
Details given upon purchasing our stationery are stored in our records to update you on your order and contact you if there are any questions on our end. We only use this information to contact you about your purchases and promotional emails will not be sent unless you separately sign up to our mailing list/newsletter. I am a one woman show so data is individually collected by me and not shared with any other collaborators or suppliers.
For Signage orders your Name, Address and Email will be shared with our supplier for delivery updates.
Signing up to our mailing list means you will get updates from our business including new product launches, new materials available to you and any news and updates regarding booking periods and shop information. We promise to not bombard your inbox with emails, usual programming means you'll receive minimum one email a month from us, other emails will be sporadically sent across the year including offers and any relevant updates to the business.

DO YOU OFFER A SOLE PRINTING SERVICE?
No, we do not. We only print our own designs and collections.
DO YOU PROOFREAD?
We do our best to proofread where possible but it is not a part of our service. We highly suggest reading through your content to fish out any spelling errors or grammatical mistakes before sending through to us. You will have a chance to check everything over in digital proofs before we print.
DO WE SEE PROOFS BEFORE PRINTING?
Yes you do! We always send digital proofs usually in PDF format for you to check over to make sure you are 100% happy with the design. Our proofs can sometimes include mockups of what your stationery will look like with any extras.
DO WE NEED TO BOOK A SLOT FOR SEMI-CUSTOM STATIONERY?
You do not need to book in advance for semi-custom stationery.
If you would like to book in for your peace of mind we require a £30.00 booking fee which will be taken off your order total.

IF WE WISH TO USE YOUR SERVICES FOR ALL OUR
STATIONERY HOW IS THE BEST WAY TO BOOK?
If you are interested in booking our services for multiple stages of stationery get in touch via our enquiry form to start the process according to our handy timelines linked above. If you would like to use us again we would like to secure your spot with a £30.00 deposit.
For example, you are getting married in July 2026 - we would recommend getting in touch for your Save the Dates in January - April 2025, you will pay for your Save the Dates and have the option to rebook with the deposit fee, which will get taken off your next stationery total. You will rebook for your Invitations for January 2026 (this is the month you will receive your invitations, we will be working together before then on your designs). You will pay for your Invitations and have the option to rebook again for your On the Day stationery. Another £30.00 deposit will be taken for your wedding month. In this instance we would get back in touch in May 2026 to start the process again and you will have your stationery no later than a week before your wedding.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SEMI-CUSTOM AND BESPOKE?

IS THERE ANY FLEXIBILITY WITH YOUR HOUSE COLLECTIONS?
Depending on the time frame we can alter some of our semi-custom collections. We do offer personalisation options as standard with most of our collections, but if you have other upgrades in mind these will need to be enquired about in advance of placing an order.
WHAT PRINTING METHODS DO YOU COVER?
We are constantly experimenting with new methods, but as of 2024 we offer Digital Printing in house, along with White Ink and Foil Printing done my our trusted supplier. The latter two options will need to be enquired about if needed as an upgrade to an existing collection.
DO WE NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
You do not need to pay a deposit when purchasing any of our House Collections.

ARE THERE ANY WAYS OF SAVING MONEY ON OUR ON THE DAY STATIONERY?
There are many ways to cut the cost of your on the day stationery without losing quality. All of our House Collections are listed at a fair and competitive price, and we have a variety of designs to suit your themes and personalisation options included. A great way to save money is to combine your menus and place settings to have a named menu, this cuts down on material for us stationers and an extra expense for you. We also offer double sided printing on our large scale signs meaning you could have two designs and have them flipped around for later on in the day and the cost will stay the same.
CAN STATIONERY BE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE VENUE?
We can deliver our items to wherever you need, however we need confirmation from the venue that this has been approved. Most venues do not like to accept items ahead of the day in case something did happen to them before your special day.

DO WE NEED SAVE THE DATES?
Save the Dates are the best way to kick off your wedding planning! They help to get you and your guests organised and set the tone for your wedding. We would especially recommend Save the Dates if you are travelling abroad to get married.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO INCLUDE ON OUR SAVE THE DATES?
Typically Save the Dates include your secured wedding date and a general location/specific venue if you have it booked. All the details will come later.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO INCLUDE ON OUR INVITATIONS?
Your invitations should cover everything you can think of that you need your guests to know. It may help thinking of them as an FAQ section - try and have all bases covered as you do not want too many unanswered questions. You will need to include your wedding date, start time, venue address. Other optional extras to include could be travel options, accommodation suggestions, dress code, card & gifts and any note on plus ones. If you have a website for your wedding include this in your invitations so your guests know where to look for any extra details.
DO YOU PRODUCE LARGE SIGNAGE FOR ON THE DAY?
We do! We use an external printing supplier to create large scale signage. We can print large signs up to A1 onto 5mm Foamex which is durable and sturdy for indoor and outdoor use. We can also have holes drilled in the signs to turn them into hanging signage. Our signage is designed in house, sent to you for your approval and then sent off to our printers. If your signage requires any finishing touches the sign will be diverted to our studio before being forwarded onto you.
CAN WE CUSTOMISE A DESIGN TO FIT OUR COLOUR SCHEME?
Our minimal collections can be switched to suit your colour scheme, we can change font colours, card stock colours, envelope colours etc. Our painted floral collections can not be switched.
CAN WE COMBINE DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF MULTIPLE COLLECTIONS?
Yes you can! Please enquire first about your ideas before placing an order so we can make sure your ideas can be brought to life in an effective way. Bare in mind certain combinations may increase the initial price listed.
CAN WE PURCHASE SAMPLES AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
You can purchase samples of all our House Collections. Sample packs are the best way of getting a feel for our quality and clean aesthetic. Each sample pack will be slightly different depending on the collection chosen. However inside most packs is a Save the Date, Invitation Package, Menu, Place Card, Table Number and Table Sign. We do not include envelopes or envelope liners in our sample packs.
